On Wednesday 7 February 2018 the Competition and Regulation Practice Day will take place. This is an opportunity to work together with our lawyers on a real-life competition law case where you will experience what it is like to be a competition lawyer for a day.
During the case study, you will learn how to assist a company during a dawn raid conducted by a competition authority. You will have to prepare your client for an interview by the authority’s officials and learn about a company’s rights and obligations during an unannounced inspection. Finally, you will have to advise the company’s board on their main concern: were the competition rules infringed?
